Lage
 Die Pension befindet sich direkt an der Talstation im Skiareal Javor. Im Umkreis von 300 m gibt es eine Reihe weiterer Skilifte. Zum Zentrum von Pec sind es etwa 500 m.

Beschreibung
Die rekonstruierte Pension bietet neben der Unterkunft ein Restaurant und eine Bar mit Imbiß, die im Winter als apre ski bar genutzt wird.
